  • KREATICX Termination: If KREATICX needs to terminate the project due to non-payment, non-cooperation, or other breaches of the agreement, the client will be responsible for all payments due for the work completed up until termination.

10. Dispute Resolution:

KREATICX strives to maintain positive relationships with all clients. In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing any legal action.
